Please follow this guide to setup Google and Cloudflare DNS servers instead of default ones.

1.  Open settings and tap on Wi-Fi.

2.  Go to more details about the network (this could vary based on your android version and firmware ).

3. Go to IP Settings and change it from DHCP to Static mode.

4. Add DNS servers as on the screenshot below, save your settings in top right corner.

Your new DNS are successfully installed now!
