If you are experiencing connection issues with your Viscosity application, please send us the activity log for us to quickly identify the problem and send you the right solution.

1. Start Viscosity and connect to a VPN location.

2. Right-click on the Viscosity icon.

3. Select Details.

4. Click the third tab to see the connection log then select all the text by clicking once in the area of the text then press CTRL+A.  Then press CTRL+C to copy the text.

5. Create a Support Ticket then paste the OpenVPN log on the description box (press CTRL+V) with your thoughts.
