If you wish to cancel your BoxPN subscription at any time; please see below for instructions based on your method of payment.
Stripe:
To stop future recurring payments with Stripe; please log in to the Account Area of our website, visit the Profile page, and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
PayPal:
To stop future recurring payments with PayPal; please see below for instructions:
1. Log in to the PayPal account you subscribed to BoxPN with.
2. Click the "Profile" link at the top right part of the menu
3. Select "Preapproved payments" in the Payment Settings area of your PayPal profile
4. Select the payment profile that you'd like to cancel (Online Sales Solutions LLC), and then click "Cancel".
BitPay:
To stop future recurring payments with BitPay; please contact us to cancel your subscription.
Paymentwall (Global Payments):
If you subscribed to BoxPN using Paymentwall (also known as GlobalPayments); please follow the instructions below for cancelling recurring billing:
1. Login to your Paymentwall account here.
2. Click "Help"
3. Select the "Recurring Payments" tab.
4. Click "Cancel" beside your BoxPN subscription.
Perfect Money:
If you subscribed to BoxPN using Perfect Money; please follow the instructions below for cancelling recurring billing:
1. Login to your Perfect Money account.
2. Click the "Send Money" tab.
3. Select the "My recurring payments" link
4. Edit your BoxPN subscription to cancel the subscription.
Apple App Store:
If you subscribed to BoxPN using the Apple App Store; please follow the instructions below for cancelling recurring billing:
1. Log in to your iTunes account using the iTunes app/software.
2. Scroll down to "Settings" and select "Manage" beside "Subscriptions".
3. Locate BoxPN in your list of Subscriptions and click "Edit".
4. Select the "Off" option located beside "Automatic Renewal"
5. Click "Done" to cancel all future charges for your BoxPN subscription.
If at anytime you wish to re-enable automatic renewal for your BoxPN account using the Apple App Store; simply repeat Steps 1-3, and select then select a package to resubscribe.
Google Play Store:
If you subscribed to BoxPN using Google Play; please follow the instructions below for cancelling recurring billing:
1. Log in to payments.google.com.
2. Select "Bills and Accounts" from the menu on the left side of your screen.
3. Click "Online Sales Solutions LLC" from the list of your completed transactions.
4. Click "Manage your subscription".
5. Click "Cancel Subscription".
6. Confirm that you wish to cancel future automatic renewals by clicking on "Cancel subscription" again.
