PPTP iOS Version 8 Setup Guide
The following guide outlines the steps necessary to install & configure BoxPN using PPTP on your iOS 8 device:
1. Open "Settings":
2. Select "General":
3. Select the "VPN" option, located at the bottom of the list:
4. Select "Add VPN Configuration...":
5. Select "PPTP":
6. Enter the following details:, and click "Save":
- Description: Enter a name for the configuration. Ie. BoxPN Germany
- Server: Enter the address of the BoxPN server / location that you wish to connect to from the list here - BoxPN Server Information
- Account: Enter your BoxPN account username.
- Password: Enter your BoxPN password.
7. You will now see the configuration you just added in the VPN Configurations list. To connect to the VPN server; swipe right beside "Not Connected" :
Your connection is now successful; and all of your online activities are 100% secure and anonymous while connected to BoxPN.
